DATA PROTECTION POLICY ACCORDING TO ARTICLE 13 OF GDPR 679/2016
POLICY ON PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED FROM THE DATA SUBJECT
In compliance with Regulation (EU) no. 2016/679 (European General Data Protection Regulation), we are providing you with the required information on processing of the personal data provided. The information is provided according to Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) no. 2016/679 (European General Data Protection Regulation).

TYPES OF DATA THAT ARE OR MIGHT BE PROCESSED
Data that is or might be processed: “personal data”.
“Personal data”, according to Art. 4 of GDPR 2016/679 means “any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“data subject”); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an on-line identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person; (C26, C27, C30)”.

Browsing data
The computer systems and software procedures used for functioning of this website acquire certain personal data during their normal operation, the transmission of which is implicit in use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified data subjects but, due to its nature and as a result of processing and association with data held by third parties, could allow users to be identified. This data category includes IP addresses or domain names of the computer used by users visiting the website, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the digital code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and computer environment.

Data communicated voluntarily
The optional, explicit or voluntary sending of messages to the contact addresses indicated on this website and/or the filling out of data collection forms results in the subsequent acquisition of the data needed to respond to the requests.

DATA RECIPIENTS OR CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS
The personal data provided will be communicated to the recipients, who will process the data as processors (Art. 28 of Reg. (EU) 2016/679) and/or as natural persons acting under the authority of the Controller and the Processor (Art. 29 of Reg. (EU) 2016/679), or who operate entirely independently as separate Controllers, for the purposes listed above.

TRANSFER OF THE DATA TO A THIRD COUNTRY
The personal data will not be transferred outside the EU.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECTS
You can exercise your rights as expressed by Art. 15 and the following articles of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 by contacting the Controller. You have the right to request, at any time, access to your personal data, its rectification and its erasure. You also have the right to data portability. You have the right to withdraw the consent given at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Without prejudice to any other administrative and legal remedy, if you believe that processing of data concerning you breaches the requirements of Reg. (EU) 2016/679, according to Art. 15(f) thereof, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Supervisory Authority (supervisory authority www.garanteprivacy.it).

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
The controller reserves the right, at its own discretion, to change, amend, supplement or remove any part of this personal data protection policy, at any time. In order to make it easier to check for any changes, the policy will contain an indication of the date when it has been most recently updated.
